COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - UPDATE

Dear Customer

To update you as to ISL’s status as we navigate through these very challenging and difficult times, please see below an overview relating to the continued support and service we are able to offer our customers.

On a weekly basis, the Senior management team continues to both assess the latest recommendations being advised by the UK Government and Public Health England (PHE), to both protect our workforce and provide business continuity to our customers. Throughout this period we will continue to work with our dedicated supply chain to best protect business through numerous methods as is deemed necessary.

Our continuity plan is now well established and constantly reviewed to support the necessity to keep our staff safe while being alert to changes that effect personnel both working remotely or within our Production facilities.

Continuity update

  • As our office based staff are now, once again, working remotely and following the latest guidance from the UK Government. We will continue to fully support our clients requirements being both fully operational while keeping our people safe.
  • Following further enhanced strict social distancing measures, our Production facility remains fully operational to fulfil all new and existing orders. Our supplier base continues to remain robust without any need for special measures to be taken due to closures etc. This supply chain is under constant review and will remain a focus within ISL for the foreseeable future until the situation improves worldwide.
  • We would like to express our thanks to customers who have also been able to to supply us with forecast information as this information in vital both for our supply chain management and achieving delivery expectations.
  • Regarding meetings on site, for the foreseeable we will continue to conduct them remotely and can accommodate requests for video conferencing as necessary.

If situations outside of our control do arise we will continue to discuss directly with customers the impact this may have. We thank you again in advance for your continued support and cooperation.
