Acoustic Fan Jackets

ISL’s Acoustic Fan jackets provides a flexible hard wearing wrap-around cover to reduce fan casing breakout noise from long or short cased axial fans in the HVAC, industrial and off-shore industries.

For indoor use the jackets are generally manufactured with an outer noise barrier material laminated to inner acoustic foam, terminal box cutout also included if required.

For outdoor use the jackets are generally manufactured with an outer sewn silicone coated glass fabric fully enclosing acoustic insulation with outer noise barrier material, terminal box cutout also included if required . 

Fastening with Velcro flaps and additional fixing straps with ‘D’ rings if required.

The pre-shaped jackets are easy to install & remove, they reducing site installation working hours and costs over site installed acoustic insulation slabs with protection covers significantly.

Fire retardant or Class `0’ fire rated construction available.

Acoustic performance, two options are available, either standard achieving a typical installed breakout noise reduction of up to 9dB, or high acoustic performance achieving a typical installed breakout noise reduction of up to 15dB.
